Our Model

College of Global Talents uses an American style approach to teaching and learning. Our international faculty are experienced in delivering up-to-date teaching and learning methods and materials into the classroom.

We emphasize small classes and the Socratic approach to lectures. Instead of rote memorization, the professor frequently poses a practical question to underscore a point. Students are called upon to respond and provide an answer immediately. This back-and-forth between students and the teacher keeps the classroom discussion fresh and engaging.

Our classes also feature a wealth of online materials. Students use appropriate technology to learn important skills in the classroom.

College of Global Talents uses modern curriculum design principles to broadly develop student learning in each program. The first year courses introduce students to university life and courses which provide a solid foundation for learning. The second year courses introduce more advanced skills sets and so on into the third and fourth years up to graduation.
